In January 2015, Team Possible started with just one post. The post was a critical moment where my family and I decided to advocate for change by simply meeting athletes and sharing their stories. We never expected the impact this work would have on our lives or on others, but we are deeply grateful for every relationship and experience that has resulted from it.
